By placing an order online you agree to all of the terms below All items must be paid for in full before dispatch.We reserve the right to withdraw any goods from the website at any timeAny damaged or missing items will need to be reported to us by telephone within 24 hours of
delivery. We cannot process any claims outside of this time.We do not hold any information relating to the credit/debit card used to make purchases.Prices shown include VAT but not shipping.Shipping costs shown are for UK mainland only. It is possible to ship further afield so please contact us before placing and order.
Returns
Missing Or Damaged Items
If your arrive damaged or don't arrive at all, please contact us immediately.
Cancellations and Returns
You can cancel your purchase at any time providing the item has not shipped. If you wish to do this, please contact us immediately.
If you wish to return the item, you can do this within 7 days from the date you recieved the item. The item MUST be complete, unused and in a 'as new' condition and also returned with the original box, packaging and accessories. The return will be at cost to you.
Returning Faulty Goods
If there is a fault with your product within 12 months of the item being purchased, we will arrange for the item to be fixed. In the event that the item cannot be fixed we will offer a replacement product. Proof of purchase will be required.
Collecting an Item
It is possible for you to collect an item from the shop. To reserve an item, we require atleast a 50% deposit, which can be paid either by Paypal or telephoning the shop. Please also inform us of the day in which you would like to collect the item.
Gift Vouchers
Gift vouchers cannot be redeemed against postage and packaging.
If you wish to use your gift voucher against an online purchase, you must quote the 'unique voucher code' in the order form.
